Terms of Use
Effective date: 2026-11-05
These terms govern your use of the TradeSchool website, videos and academy (the "Service"), operated by Benjamin Beaulieu ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.
1. Educational purpose only
The Service provides general education about trading and financial markets. It is not investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any security, currency, cryptocurrency or other instrument. We do not provide personalized advice or trade signals. See our Risk Disclaimer.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Accounts are personal and may not be shared.
3. Plans, billing and renewal
Free accounts can watch a limited number of videos. Paid plans (Pro and Elite) are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through our payment processor Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown on the Pricing page and may include applicable taxes. We will give you notice before any price change applies to your subscription.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account ("Manage billing"). Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Intellectual property
All videos, text, charts and other content are owned by Benjamin Beaulieu or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view them for your own learning. You may not copy, download, record, resell or redistribute the content.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to bypass access controls, share paid content, scrape the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Benjamin Beaulieu is not liable for any trading or investment losses, or for indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify account holders by email before they take effect.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
