Refund Policy

14-day guarantee on your first payment

If you are not satisfied, email tradeschoolhelp@outlook.com within 14 days of your first payment on a plan and we will refund it in full.

After 14 days

Monthly plans: you can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again; the current month is not refunded. Yearly plans: you can cancel at any time to stop renewal; unused months are not refunded after the 14-day period, except where required by law.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
